At Dissy Machinery, we want to ensure you receive the right product for your needs. Please check product descriptions, specifications, measurements and compatibility carefully before placing your order, and contact us before purchasing if you are unsure.

Please choose carefully. Dissy Machinery is not required to provide a refund or exchange where you:
- change your mind;
- order the incorrect size, model, style or product;
- decide you no longer require the product; or
- find the product cheaper elsewhere.
However, at our discretion, we may accept a return or exchange in these circumstances if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind or incorrect-selection return, the product must be:
- unused and uninstalled;
- undamaged;
- complete with all parts, accessories and manuals supplied;
- in its original packaging where applicable; and
- in a condition suitable for resale as a new product.
Please contact Dissy Machinery before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Freight Costs on Change-of-Mind Returns
Where a return is accepted because of change of mind or incorrect product selection:
- the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to Dissy Machinery; and
- the original freight cost incurred by Dissy Machinery to dispatch the order will be deducted from any refund, including where the order was advertised or supplied with free shipping.
“Free shipping” means that the customer was not separately charged freight at the time of purchase. It does not mean that Dissy Machinery did not incur a freight cost in delivering the order.
Any refund will therefore be for the purchase price of the returned product less the actual original freight cost incurred by Dissy Machinery and any other agreed costs associated with the return.
Products must be adequately packaged for return. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage occurring during return transport where the return is due to change of mind or incorrect selection.

Where Dissy Machinery agrees to exchange a product because the customer selected the incorrect item, the customer is responsible for:
- return freight to Dissy Machinery;
- the original freight cost incurred by Dissy Machinery in sending the incorrect selection; and
