Where are your products made?

All our products are made to our specifications in our factories in China. We do not simply purchase from a catalogue, we instruct our factories to make everything to our standards and specifications. The majority of our range is not identical to similar looking products on the market. All of our products are an economical option for people on a budget. You can be assured you’re buying from a 100% family owned and run Australian company that has been in business for over 13 years.

What warranty do you offer?

All of our products come with a 12 months parts warranty unless stated otherwise. This excludes damage to consumables such as blades and belts. If there is an issue with your product we will organise the replacement part/s to get it up and running again asap. Do you carry spare parts?

Yes we sure do! Whilst not everything is listed on our website you can be guaranteed we have a large range of spare parts in stock for all our machines. If we don’t happen to have what you’re after we can get it. Just contact us if you need anything!

How do I know if a product I want is in stock?

We keep our website as up-to-date as possible with our inventory. If a product is showing as in stock then we should have it! If you’re planning on visiting our store we highly recommend calling first, even if the product shows as in stock as we may need to get one built up or get it out of storage before you come.

The product I want is out of stock. How long until you get more?

If we know the date a product is due to be back in stock we will change the status on the website to backorder/preorder and show the estimated date it is due. If it is out stock you can add your email and phone number on the product page and we will automatically update you when the product is back in stock. We highly recommend contacting us if you’re looking at a particular product as sometimes we can have a long list of customers waiting for a product to come back in stock and may only have 1 or 2 left available when they arrive after preorders have been filled.

How do I organise Freight?

Our website has a live freight calculator integrated into it that gives you options such as home delivery, depot collection or delivery to a business with a forklift using freight companies such as TNT and Toll. You can get a live freight quote on both the product page and the shopping cart. We recommend if you live in WA, QLD or the NT to contact us first as we have other freight companies that do not have a live freight calculator that may be cheaper (in some instances thousands cheaper).

Do you offer pick-up?

Absolutely! Our showroom and warehouse is located at 32 Ironstone Road Epsom Vic 3551. We highly recommend giving us a call before coming to check if the product you’re looking at is in stock and on display in our showroom.

Why are your opening hours so short? Do you only operate part time?

Whilst we’d like to be at home enjoying a nice cold beer, our opening hours are set to only 4 hours per day so that we have time to focus on both our face-to-face customers and our online/phone customers. When we had longer opening hours for our showroom we were finding it hard to get back to our online/phone customers and get all our freight ready for dispatch so we’ve had to condense our showroom hours. We can be flexible after 2pm if pre-organised. Just contact us first!

Do you do wholesale?

As a general rule, no. We try to keep our prices as low as possible to the public by cutting out the middle-man. This doesn’t leave much margin for dealers.
