Dissy Machinery offers Australia wide delivery. We have many freight companies available including Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, Northline, Toll and TNT.
We can organise to have freight shipped directly to you, to a business address or to a depot for pick up. Due to the weight and size of the products we freight, it is not always possible to provide a door-to-door freight solution. If this is the case our shipping calculator will show you the closest depot available for goods to be picked up.
Shipping to you – Home: Goods will be delivered to your address. This includes a tailgate truck as required.
Shipping to a business: Only tick ‘yes’ for the forklift option if your business has a suitable forklift available. It is at the freight company’s discretion to unload goods and Dissy Machinery is not liable for any additional freight costs if you select the forklift option and a tailgate truck is required if you do not have a suitable forklift available. If you select that you do not have a suitable forklift then goods will be delivered with a tailgate truck as required.
Delivery to your nearest depot: Our freight calculator selects the closest depot available from the suburb you enter into the calculator. If you select a depot collection you will receive an email from our freight provider when goods are available for collection. You have 10 business days to collect your goods before storage fees may apply.
Local Pickup: If you select local pickup you will receive an email from us when goods are ready to be collected. Please wait to receive this email before attending the store. Goods can be collected during opening hours at 32 Ironstone Road Epsom, Vic 3551. You can purchase goods and select local pickup at any time to collect on the first Saturday of the month. Please leave a note at checkout if you are collecting on the next available Saturday.
Whilst we endeavor to ship goods from our warehouse as quickly as possible, our goods are packaged based on the individual requirements of each order. It can take 1-4 days for your goods to be prepared for freight. We send out the bulk of our heavy goods on a Wednesday morning. If you require goods be sent out urgently please contact us before placing your order.
Whilst we can provide you with an estimated time-frame for delivery, Dissy Machinery takes no responsibility for goods once they leave our warehouse and the time they take to reach their destination.
If you have any questions or concerns about freight and delivery times please contact us via the contact us page or call us on (03) 5448 3023.
